YGE has a proven track record of producing over 6500 highly qualified graduate students, many of whom have secured job placements overseas.
Additionally, YGE collaborates with over 50 hotels, including 5-star hotels across Myanmar, to provide exceptional staff training.

YGE boasts 4 founders, each with decades of experience working and teaching in the hospitality and F&B industry.
They have held various management roles in local and overseas organizations before becoming lead trainers at INGOs to help develop and elevate hospitality service standards in Myanmar.
Since 2018, after establishing YGE, they have been passionately sharing their knowledge with the younger generation.
All the founders are ASEAN-level Master Trainers and are exceptionally qualified to train hospitality and F&B staff from entry-level positions to general managers.
